Tart Crust

Yield

1 9" pie crust

Ingredients

1/2 cup butter or margarine, room temperature
1/2 cup granulated sugar
1/4 teaspoon vanilla extract
1 cup all-purpose flour

Directions

Preheat oven to 375°F.

In a medium mixing bowl, cream butter, sugar, and vanilla. Blend in flour. Form into balls and chill for 15 minutes. Pat dough on bottom and up sides of pan. Bake for 10-15 minutes or until golden brown. Do not over bake.

Additional Information

Cool completely before using.
