Oatmeal Pie Crust

Yield

2 9" pie crusts

Ingredients

1 1/2 cups oatmeal, uncooked
1 cup all-purpose flour
1/2 cup brown sugar, firmly packed
1/2 teaspoon baking soda
1/4 teaspoon salt
10 tablespoons butter or margarine, melted

Directions

Grease pan using Pan Release.

In large mixing bowl, combine oats, flour, sugar, baking soda and salt. Mix well. Stir in butter. Mix well. Press firmly onto the bottom and sides of a pie plate. Follow baking instructions for baking pie. For a pre-baked pie shell, bake at 400°F for 7 to 10 minutes; cool before using.
