Oatmeal Cinnamon Pie Crust

Yield

1 9" pie crusts

Ingredients

2 cups quick-cooking oatmeal
1/2 cup confectioners’ (powdered) sugar
1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon
1/4 teaspoon salt
6 tablespoons butter or margarine, melted

Directions

Preheat oven to 350°F. Grease pan using Pan Release.

In a large mixing bowl, combine oatmeal, sugar, cinnamon and salt. Stir in butter. Press oatmeal mixture onto the bottom and sides of a pie plate. Bake for 20 minutes.

Additional Information

Cool completely before using.
