Graham Cracker Crust
1 9" crust
1 1/2 cups graham crackers crumbs
1/3 cup granulated sugar
6 tablespoons butter or margarine, room temperature
*Preheat oven to 375°F. In a medium mixing bowl, stir graham cracker crumbs, sugar, and butter until well blended. Press mixture onto the bottom and sides of a pie plate or springform pan. *Bake for 7 to 10 minutes.
Cool completely before using.
*Crust only needs to be pre-baked when using with non-baked pie or cheesecake.
