Coconut Crust

Yield

1 9" pie crust

Ingredients

1 1/2 cups sweetened flaked coconut
3 tablespoons butter or margarine, room temperature

Directions

Preheat oven to 325°F. In a medium mixing bowl, combine coconut and butter. Press evenly into pie plate. Bake for 15 minutes or until golden brown.

Additional Information

Cool completely before using.
