Chocolate Swirl Cheese Pie
1 cup granulated sugar
3 (8 ounce) packages cream cheese, room temperature
5 large eggs
1 tablespoon vanilla extract
1 (4 ounce) package Baker's german sweet chocolate, melted and cooled
Preheat oven to 350°F. Grease a 10" pie pan using Pan Release.
In a medium bowl, add sugar to cheese, beat well. Add eggs, one at time, beating well after each addition. Add vanilla. In a medium bowl place 2 cups of the cheese mixture and fold in melted chocolate. Pour remaining cheese mixture into greased pie pan or 9" square pan. Add spoonfuls of the chocolate-cheese mixture and zigzag a spatula through batter to marble. Bake for 40 to 45 minutes. Cool, then chill.
