Chocaroon Pie


3 squares of Baker's unsweetened chocolate
1/2 cup butter or margarine
3 large eggs, slightly beaten
1/2 cup all-purpose flour
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
2/3 cup sweetened condensed milk
2 2/3 cups flake coconut


Preheat oven to 350°F. Grease a 9" pie pan using Pan Release.

Melt chocolate and butter in saucepan over low heat. Stir in eggs, sugar, flour and vanilla. Pour into greased pie pan. In a small bowl, combine milk and coconut. Spoon over chocolate mixture, leaving a 1/2 - 1 inch border. Bake for 30 minutes. Cool.
