Peppermint Filling


2 cups sifted confectioners’ (powdered) sugar
2 tablespoons water
6 tablespoons butter or margarine, room temperature
1/4 teaspoon peppermint extract


In a bowl, beat butter on medium speed for about 2 minutes until fluffy. Add sugar, water, and peppermint extract. Beat about 2 minutes until fluffy.

Additional Information

Refrigerate until ready to use.
