Butter Pecan Mousse Filling


3/4 cup chopped pecans
1 tablespoon butter or margarine, melted
2 (8 ounce) cream cheese
1/4 cup granulated sugar
1/4 cup packed brown sugar
1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
1 cup whipped cream


Coat pecans with butter, bake on a baking sheet at 350°F for about 5 minutes until toasted. Chop toasted pecans finely. Set aside. Beat cream cheese, sugar and vanilla until smooth. Add whipped cream and chopped pecans.
