Cherry Chip Cookies


1 box cherry chip cake mix
1 (8 ounce) container of whipped topping
1 large egg, beaten
confectioners’ (powdered) sugar


Preheat oven to 350°F. In a large bowl, combine beaten egg and whipped topping. Add cake mix. Blend well. Roll small spoon-sized in to a ball then roll cookie in confectioners’ (powdered sugar). Place on cookie sheet.

Bake 6 minutes or until light golden brown. Cool 2 minutes and remove from cookie sheet. Continue to cool on cooling grid.

Additional Information

Lemon cake mix can be substituted with any flavor of cake mix.
