Pecan Butter Crunch
1/4 cup butter
1/2 cup granulated sugar
1 cup pecans
Line an 8" x 8" baking pan with aluminum foil. Spray foil with cooking spray. Use cautionary measures when working with hot syrup.
Melt butter and add sugar to a saucepan and cook to 230°F. Add pecans. Cook for 2 minutes. Pour into lined pan. Cool. Remove from pan and remove foil. Break candy into pieces.
