White Chocolate Orange Fudge

3 pounds

Ingredients

2 pounds white chocolate, melted
2 (8 ounce) packages cream cheese, room temperature
6 cups confectioners’ (powdered) sugar
1 tablespoon orange extract
1 teaspoon grated orange zest (optional)

Directions

Line an 8" x 8" square baking pan with aluminum foil, extending foil at least 2" over ends of pan. Lightly butter foil. Set aside.

In a mixing bowl, beat cream cheese into melted chocolate until well blended. Beat in powdered sugar until mixture is smooth. Stir in orange extract and orange zest (if using). Spread in prepared baking pan.

Chill until firm. Using the extended edges, lift fudge from pan. Place on cutting board. Carefully peel off foil. Cut into squares.

Storage

Store in refrigerator.
