Rocky Road Fudge


3 pounds


1 (12 ounce) package semi-sweet chocolate chips
1 (14 ounce) can sweetened condensed milk
2 tablespoons butter
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
3 cups miniature marshmallows
1 1/2 cups walnuts, coarsely chopped


Line a 13" x 9" baking pan with aluminum foil, extending foil at least 2" over edges of pan.

In a saucepan melt chocolate chips, sweetened condensed milk and butter. Remove from heat and stir in vanilla extract. Fold in nuts and marshmallows. Stir thoroughly and spread into prepared pan. Chill 2 hours or until firm.

Using the extended edges, lift fudge from pan. Place on cutting board. Peel off foil. Cut into squares.
