Easy Rum Fudge


1 8" x 8" pan


2 (12 ounce) packages milk chocolate chips
1 cup frozen non-dairy whipped topping, thawed
1 tablespoon rum flavoring


Line a 8" x 8" baking pan with aluminum foil, extending foil at least 2" over ends of the pan and set aside.

Melt chocolate in a double boiler over simmering water. Remove from heat. Stir in non-dairy whipped topping. Add rum flavoring and stir. Spread in prepared baking pan.

Chill until solid. Using the extended edges, lift fudge from pan. Place on cutting board. Peel off foil. Cut into 2" squares.
