Easy Chocolate Orange Fudge


2 1/2 pounds


2 1/2 cups semi-sweet chocolate chips
1 (14 ounce) can sweetened condensed milk
1/2 cup pecans, toasted and chopped
2 teaspoons grated orange peel


Line an 8" x 8" baking pan with aluminum foil, extending foil at least 2" over ends of the pan and set aside.

Melt chocolate chips with condensed milk in the top of a double boiler or in a bowl in the microwave. Stir until smooth. Remove from heat and stir in pecans and grated orange peel. Spread in prepared pan.

Refrigerate for 2 hours or until firm. Using the extended edges, lift fudge from pan. Place on cutting board. Peel off foil. Cut into squares.


Store covered in refrigerator.
