Chocolate Orange Fudge
2 1/2 cups semisweet chocolate chips
1 (14 ounce) can sweetened condensed milk
1/2 cup pecans, chopped
2 teaspoons grated orange peel
Line a 8" x 8" square baking pan with aluminum foil, extending foil at least 2" over edges of pan.
In the top of a double boiler or in a bowl in the microwave, melt chocolate chips with condensed milk. Remove from heat and stir in pecans and grated orange peel. Pour chocolate mixture into prepared pan.
Chill 2 hours, or until firm. Using the extended edges, lift fudge from pan. Place on cutting board. Peel off foil. Cut into 1" squares.
Add 1/2 teaspoon orange extract for more orange flavor.
Store, covered, in the refrigerator.
