Cappuccino Walnut Fudge

1 (14 ounce) can sweetened condensed milk
1 (8 ounce) package semi-sweet chocolate baking bar
1 tablespoon instant coffee granules
1/2 cup confectioners’ (powdered) sugar
1/2 cup walnuts, chopped


Line an 8" x 8" square baking pan with aluminum foil, extending foil at least 2" over edges of pan. Butter foil.

In a medium saucepan, heat sweetened condensed milk over low heat. Add chocolate and stir until melted. Remove from heat. Place coffee granules in a small bowl. Mix in 3 to 4 tablespoons chocolate mixture. Stir until coffee is dissolved. Add coffee mixture and powdered sugar to melted chocolate. Stir until smooth. Stir in nuts. Pour into prepared pan.

Refrigerate for 2 hours or until firm. Using the extended edges, lift fudge from pan. Place on cutting board. Peel off foil. Cut into 1" squares.
