1 (8 ounce) package dried apricots, ground or finely cut
2 1/2 cups flaked coconut
1/4 cup sweetened condensed milk
2/3 cup finely chopped nuts
confectioners (powdered) sugar
In a medium bowl, stir apricots, coconut, milk and nuts until blended. Shape into 1 inch balls. Roll in confectioners sugar. Let stand 2 hours or until firm.
Lemon-Apricot Balls: Mix 2 tablespoons lemon juice with the fruit mixture.
