Lemonade Cheesecake

graham cracker crumb crust
1 (8 ounce) packages cream cheese, room temperature
1 teaspoon lemonade flavored soft drink mix
1/4 cup cold milk
1 (8 ounce) container frozen whipped topping, thawed


Prepare graham cracker crumb crust. Press onto the bottom of a 9" springform pan.

In a large mixing bowl, beat cream cheese and drink mix with electric mixer on medium speed until well blended and smooth. Gradually add milk, mixing until well blended. Gently stir in whipped topping. Spoon into crust.

Refrigerater for 4 hours or until firm. Garnish with fruit, if desired.
