Awesomely Delicious Brownies


24 brownies


1 cup butter, melted
3 cups granular sugar
1 tablespoon vanilla extract
4 large eggs
1 1/2 cups all-purpose flour
1 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
1 teaspoon salt
1 cup semisweet chocolate chips


Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a 13" x 9" baking pan using Pan Release.

In a large mixing bowl, combine butter, sugar, and vanilla. Beat in eggs, one at a time, mixing well after each addition, until thoroughly blended. Sift together the flour, cocoa powder, and salt. Gradually stir the flour mixture into the chocolate mixture until blended. Stir in the chocolate morsels. Spread the batter evenly into the prepared baking pan.

Bake 35 to 40 minutes or until a toothpick inserted halfway between edge and center comes out clean. Do not overbake. Center should be set (slightly sticky) but not dry. Cool on wire rack before cutting.


Drizzle brownies with confectioners’ sugar glaze or creamy mint glaze before cutting.
